So, the first race of the season didn't turn out quite like planned. I was off to a great start, but the second race of the day took a little turn for the worst. I was in 5th place at the time, feeling really good that I was going to place, when I came around a turn and my foot peg caught on the red and white part of the track and I went down at 104 mph! I am fine, just pretty sore. The knuckles on my left hand are swollen and bruised, but it's just a sprain. Everything came out amazingly well, except for my bike! The good part about it, is a photographer (David Foote) was at the right place at the right time and got pictures of it all! They're pretty good. Thank you David for letting me use the pictures!
